I’m Tim Durkin. I own and operate Durkin Property Services, working with landlords, real estate investors, and homeowners across the Seacoast.
My grandmother was a painter, and she had a motto: “Do the trim.” To her, that meant seeing a job through, paying attention to the details, and doing it right the first time. She inspired the way I approach my work, and that saying has stayed with me.
That’s the standard I bring to this business, whether I’m repairing a door, painting a room, or getting a rental ready for its next tenant. The finishing details are part of the job.
